Part of intuitive eating is listening to our bodies and honoring when it is HUNGRY.

Yes, there are times where we may not truly be “hungry” and are simply craving a late-night snack.
Every once in a while, this is OKAY. Enjoy it!

However, if this is something that is happening every single night, it is important to make sure you are eating a proper dinner which includes a grain, protein, and fruits or veggies.

If your dinner tends to be small, rushed, or irregular, your body may be craving midnight snacks because it simply NEEDS fuel.

Your body should not be punished for trying to survive. After all, we will be without food for 6-8 hours while sleeping.
